• Maintain daily cash, card, and digital transaction records.

• Ensure proper documentation of invoices and receipts.

• Assist customers with billing queries and provide excellent service.

• Coordinate with the sales and accounts team for smooth operations.

• Follow all company policies regarding cash handling and security.

• Perform end-of-day cash closing and reconciliation.
