Gain exposure to financial processes, especially invoicing and payment tracking. Learn company policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Function as a bridge between internal teams (sales and community) for billing-related queries. Account reconciliation and TDS reconciliation. Review of monthly membership invoices and finalization. Review of members' master data and ensure accuracy of the data. Assist in maintaining accurate records and reports. Take direction from the Team Lead to address all billing related queries.
