Key Responsibilities
Read and understand interior design drawings, layouts, and measurements.
Execute carpentry works as per approved drawings and specifications.
Carry out cutting, shaping, assembling, and installation of wood and other related materials.
Manufacture and install modular furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, cabinets, TV units, storage units, doors, partitions, and other interior elements.
Take accurate site measurements before fabrication and installation.
Ensure proper alignment, level, dimensions, joints, and finishing of all carpentry works.
Use hand tools, power tools, and carpentry machinery safely and correctly.
Coordinate with the Production Manager, Project Manager, Designers, and other site teams.
Check materials received and report any quality or quantity issues.
Minimize material wastage and use materials efficiently.
Complete assigned work within the agreed project timeline.
Rectify defects, damages, or finishing issues identified during quality inspections.
Maintain cleanliness and safety at the worksite.
Follow company safety procedures and site rules.
Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools and equipment.
Coordinate with other trades such as electricians, plumbers, painters, and installers to ensure smooth execution.
