Senior Hair Stylist

AURA Salon & Studio is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Senior Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Perform men's and women's haircuts, styling, beard grooming, hair wash, blow dry, hair spa, hair coloring, highlights, and other hair services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.
• Promote and upsell hair care services, treatments, and memberships when relevant.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and equipment.
• Assist in managing appointments and customer flow.
• Stay updated with current hair trends, techniques, and products.
• Build repeat clientele through excellent service and professional conduct.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon.
• Strong skills in hair cutting, styling, colouring, and hair treatments.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Salary: Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives
