Working Hours :c10:00 AM to 8:30 PM (7 Days Working)

Job Overview

Ikigai Luxe Spa & Salon is looking for a professional, responsible, and customer-focused Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, manage staff, maintain client satisfaction, and help grow the business through excellent service and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily salon operations smoothly

• Handle customer appointments, walk-ins, and inquiries

• Supervise salon staff performance

• Ensure excellent customer service and hospitality

• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and luxury ambiance standards

• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and grooming

• Coordinate inventory and stock management

• Handle billing, cash management, and basic reporting

• Assist in increasing sales and memberships

• Resolve customer complaints professionally

• Support social media promotions and client engagement when required

Requirements

• Previous experience in salon management preferred

• Good communication and customer handling skills

• Basic computer and billing knowledge

• Leadership and team management ability

• Professional personality and grooming

• Ability to handle pressure and multitask

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of salon services

• Sales and upselling skills

• Staff coordination and scheduling

• Familiarity with salon software is a plus

Salary : Salary will be discussed during interview based on experience and skills.

• It is a Full Time Beautician job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
