Key Responsibilities:

Salon Management:

Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning
Manage staff scheduling, performance, and discipline
Handle client appointments, queries, and complaints professionally
Ensure high standards of hygiene, service quality, and customer satisfaction
Drive sales targets, upselling, and revenue growth
Maintain inventory, stock, and product usage

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Salon Manager and/or Make-Up Artist
Strong knowledge of salon operations and beauty services
Expertise in bridal and advanced makeup techniques
Excellent communication and customer handling skills
Leadership and team management ability
Professional appearance and positive attitude
