Vendor Management

We are looking for a Vendor Management Professional to join our team at Wellversed Health Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹20000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Vendor Matrix

  a. Identify available vendors and evaluating their pricing, delivery, and support services to select the most suitable partner.

  2. Negotiation with Vendors

  a. Negotiate favorable pricing and terms with vendors while ensuring quality standards are maintained.

  3. Vendor Coordination:

  a. Act as the primary point of contact between the company and vendors for day-to-day operations.

  b. Coordinate purchase orders, delivery schedules, and issue resolutions.

  4. Stock Management

  a. Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability

  5. Vendor Compliance Checks

  a. Verify certifications, licenses, and quality adherence of all vendors during procurement, maintaining accurate compliance records.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 6 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working.
