Full Time
Locate customers who are unreachable, absconding, or have changed their address/contact details.
Conduct field visits to the customer's last known address, workplace, or other permitted locations.
Verify and update customer contact information, including address and phone number.
Collect information from legitimate and appropriate sources to help locate the customer.
Coordinate with the collection/recovery team and share verified findings.
Identify whether the customer has shifted, changed employment, or moved to another location.
Record field-visit details, contact attempts, and findings accurately in the company's system.
Help collection officers establish communication with customers regarding outstanding dues.
Follow up on leads provided by the collection department.
Submit daily/weekly field visit and tracing reports.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Follow the company's code of conduct, legal requirements, and customer-contact policies during field visits.
Avoid harassment, threats, misrepresentation, or disclosure of the customer's debt to unauthorized persons.
