Job Title: Tender Executive cum Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle online tender portals including GeM, Railway, eProcurement, and Mahatender.

• Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids as per tender requirements.

• Coordinate with internal departments for timely submission of required documents.

• Maintain and update tender documents and records.

• Follow up with customers and departments for updates, clarifications, and documentation.

• Generate sales quotations, proforma invoices, and coordinate with the sales team.

• Assist in sales reporting, order tracking, and customer communication.

• Manage correspondence (verbal and written) in a professional and timely manner.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in GeM, Railways, eProcurement portals, and Mahatender.

• Working knowledge of Tally Prime.

• Strong follow-up skills, both verbal and written.

• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.

• Ability to multitask and handle pressure with accuracy.

Additional Information:

• Female candidates preferred.

• Should be able to join immediately.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
