Job Description

Job Title: Tender Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage the end-to-end tendering process. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of bids.

Key Responsibilities

Search and identify relevant tenders from portals (Government / Private)
Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and requirements
Prepare and submit tender documents, bids, and proposals
Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial inputs
Maintain a database of tenders, submissions, and results
Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines
Handle online tendering portals (GeM, e-procurement, etc.)
Follow up on tender status and maintain records
Assist in preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantity), pricing, and quotations

Requirements

1–4 years of experience in tendering / bid management
Knowledge of government and private tender processes
Experience with GeM portal, e-tendering platforms
Good understanding of documentation and compliance
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
