We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our team at Onguard India. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal and end-to-end tendering processes. You will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, preparing bid documentation, and ensuring successful submission within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
GeM Portal Management: Regularly monitor the GeM portal for new tenders, participate in bidding, and handle Reverse Auctions (RA) effectively.
Documentation & Submission: Carefully analyze tender terms and conditions (T&C), prepare required technical and financial documents, and ensure timely submission.
Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate records of all tender-related activities, bid documents, and correspondence in digital and physical formats.
Process Improvement: Communicate with relevant teams to clarify technical queries, resolve data inconsistencies, and improve the overall bidding process.
Reporting: Generate regular reports and summaries of tender outcomes to assist in internal decision-making processes.
Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company information and bid pricing at all times.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in handling GeM portal operations, catalog management, and government e-tendering.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and high digital literacy.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in data entry, document review, and identifying irregularities.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external departments.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
