Job Summary

The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining work-related data in company systems. This includes project records, material inventories, billing details, labor data, and documentation to support smooth project execution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update project data such as work progress reports, site records, and daily logs.

• Maintain records of materials, equipment usage, and inventory.

• Enter material inventories, and billing details accurately.

• Support project managers by updating schedules, reports, and documentation.

• Verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission.

• Organize and maintain both digital and physical records.

• Assist in preparing reports related to projects, costs, and timelines.

• Ensure data confidentiality and comply with company policies.

• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and accounts staff for data clarification.

• Perform basic administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations.

• Good typing speed with high accuracy.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

• Basic knowledge of record-keeping and filing systems.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualifications

• Minimum: Diploma/ Graduate

• Preferred: Certification in computer applications or office management
