Working Hours: 10 Hours
Job Responsibilities
Handle daily procurement and supply chain activities.
Coordinate and communicate with vendors and suppliers.
Make regular calls and follow up for quotations, orders and deliveries.
Maintain purchase, inward, stock and inventory records.
Update daily data in MS Excel and company systems.
Monitor stock availability and pending orders.
Coordinate with Sales, Stores, Accounts and other departments.
Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Identify delivery or supply issues and coordinate for resolution.
Prepare basic reports and updates for management.
Candidate Requirements
1–5 years of experience in Procurement, Purchase, Supply Chain, Inventory or Logistics.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Comfortable with regular calling and follow-up.
Good attention to detail.
Graduate preferred.
Candidates who can work from office and are comfortable with 10-hour working are preferred.
