Supervisor

We are looking for a DRA certified Supervisor in Banking process. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹20000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Ensure debt recovery/calling operations are carried out as per RBI guidelines.

Prepare and maintain performance reports on a regular basis.

Conduct training, guidance, and motivation sessions for the team.

Ensure compliance with company policies

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and DRA certified 1 - 2 years of experience.
