Job Description

Inventory & Store Operations

Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials, consumables, fabricated parts, tools, and finished goods.

Handle material inward and outward entries in ERP/software/manual registers.

Verify received materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and GRNs.

Ensure proper storage, tagging, and identification of materials.

Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.

Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification.Documentation & Compliance

Maintain records of:

GRNs

Material Issue Slips

Delivery Challans

Inventory Reports

Calibration/Inspection records

Other Details
