Job Title : Senior Operations Head

Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 5–10 Years

Office Address: VM Towers, Suchitra, Medchal District

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage manpower operations and handle client visits.

• Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills.

• Supervise operations, coordinators, site in-charges, and operations staff.

• Visit field locations whenever required to monitor operations.

• Maintain and arrange manpower as per operational needs.

• Possess good knowledge of Labour Laws, PF, and ESI regulations.

• Handle documentation and compliance-related activities.

• Monitor and track staff performance regularly.

• Ensure all statutory compliance work is completed as per company policies.

Requirements

• Two-Wheeler is mandatory (Male candidates).

• Willingness to travel: 100% preferred.

• Ability to relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana if required.
