We wish to introduce our company, PH1 Industries Pvt Ltd is an Engineering and Technology services company which has vast experience in the field of Alternate Fuel Feeding Systems & Bulk Materials Handling systems for Cements, Pharma & Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Power Industries.

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to buy equipment and products that are essential for our company’s day-to-day operations and project supplies. You will review prices and quality and ensure optimal stock levels.

Job Responsibilities

Research and source potential vendors
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
Negotiate order terms of payment and pricing
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Review quality of purchased products
Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
Coordinate with stores in-charge to ensure proper storage

Qualification Requirements

Minimum Work Experience of 3 Years as a Purchase Executive / Purchase Assistant or similar role from Engineering/ Pharma / Bulk Material Equipment Manufacturing Industry.
Hands-on experience with purchasing software (e.g. ERP/SAP/Tally)
Excellent Communication Skills – English, Telugu & Hindi
Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
Understanding of supply chain procedures
Two-Wheeler with valid license
BSc in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field
