SAP operator

We are a fast growing Pharmaceutical Distribution house working for World’s No. 1 Pharmaceutical company. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced SAP/ERP Software Operator with strong expertise in operating and managing Interact ERP software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, transaction processing, reporting, and ensuring smooth day-to-day ERP system operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage daily transactions within Interact ERP systems.

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain business data (inventory, sales, purchasing, finance, etc.)

• Process purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and goods movements

• Generate and analyze system reports for management review

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams

• Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies

• Troubleshoot minor ERP system issues and escalate technical problems when necessary

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field

• Proven experience operating SAP / ERP systems

• Hands-on experience with Interact ERP software

• Strong understanding of ERP processes (procurement, inventory, finance, sales)

• Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail

• Good analytical and reporting skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in ERP operations

• Experience in distribution environments

• Basic understanding of accounting principles
