Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented SAP Operator to support warehouse operations by accurately processing transactions in SAP. The candidate will be responsible for inventory updates, goods movement entries, order processing, and maintaining accurate warehouse records while coordinating with the warehouse, billing, and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), and Stock Transfer entries in SAP.
Process inbound and outbound warehouse transactions.
Create and maintain Delivery Challans, Transfer Orders, and Material Documents.
Update inventory records and ensure stock accuracy in SAP.
Monitor inventory movements and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, billing, transport, and dispatch teams.
