  • Source vendors, compare quotations, and negotiate prices.

  • Prepare purchase orders and coordinate timely material delivery.

  • Coordinate with site, project, design, and accounts teams.

  • Ensure material quality, quantity, and specification compliance.

  • Maintain purchase records, vendor details, and invoices.

  • Resolve vendor issues, shortages, and material replacements.

  • Control procurement costs and ensure competitive pricing.
