We are looking for an Grievance Redressal Executive to join our Health Claims / Operations team. The role will primarily involve understanding and handling health insurance grievance cases registered with Insurance Samadhan, including claim rejections, short settlements, and claim delays. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing case details, drafting complaint emails, coordinating with customers for additional information, and ensuring that cases are accurately documented and progressed. The role requires strong knowledge of health insurance claims, attention to detail, good written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate with customers and internal teams.
