Job Description for Purchase Executive in HVAC
Key Responsibilities
Source HVAC materials, equipment, and components (ducts, compressors, refrigerants, etc.) in line with project requirements.
Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best terms for price, quality, and delivery schedules.
Ensure compliance with purchase order specifications, including brand and technical requirements.
Identify and onboard reliable HVAC suppliers/vendors.
Track and maintain inventory levels to ensure smooth project execution without delays.
Coordinate with the store and project teams for material requirements and consumption updates.
Monitor budgetary compliance and optimize procurement costs.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely material supply.
Stay updated on market trends, new HVAC technologies, and alternate suppliers.

Required Skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Graduation or equivalent qualification.
Have 1-2 experience in the same field.
Proficiency in procurement management systems.
Knowledge of HVAC components and technical specifications.
Analytical skills to assess supplier performance and market conditions.
