We need a candidate who can independently handle the purchasing process details are provided below.

Good fluency in English

Knowledge of Taxation and HSN code

Knowledge of costing and pricing methodology, warehousing procedures & inventory management.

Flexible to Travel within and out of Delhi

Knowledge of different types of payment terms

Sourcing New Vendors, Suppliers

Maintain list from approved suppliers

Sending Enquiries to suppliers by mail for getting actions

Negotiating with suppliers in terms of Rate, Delivery and Payment Terms

Preparing Comparison Chart & make purchase order

Checking purchase orders and get approval then send it to supplier

Do local purchase, cash purchase for urgent items

Developing new vendors for cost cutting

Do Market Research

Develop new vendor
