Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage the MD’s schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
Assist in executing strategic initiatives and coordinating business activities.
Conduct research and provide insights for decision-making.
Act as the liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
Draft and proofread emails, reports, and other business documents.
Coordinate with departments, vendors, and clients.
Organize and facilitate company events, meetings, and conferences.
Support the MD in managing company projects.
Monitor project progress and identify challenges.
Track business performance metrics and provide updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
Minimum of 4–6 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
Expertise in scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing confidential information.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
