Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Vendor Management Executive to manage vendor relationships, procurement activities, and supplier performance for infrastructure projects. The candidate will ensure timely procurement of materials and services while maintaining quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and suppliers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate commercial terms.
Coordinate procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services.
Monitor vendor performance, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely processing.
Resolve vendor-related issues and payment disputes.
Maintain vendor database and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with project, finance, and store teams for procurement planning.
Conduct periodic vendor audits and performance reviews.
Generate procurement and vendor performance reports.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
3–8 years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, or Supply Chain within the Infrastructure/Construction industry.
Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/SAP, or procurement software.
Preferred Skills
Vendor development and relationship management.
Cost analysis and budget control.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of construction materials and infrastructure projects.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple vendors.

Relevant Candidate Profile: Candidates with experience in Infrastructure, Construction, EPC, Roads, Bridges, Power, Metro, Real Estate, or Industrial Projects will be preferred.
