Position – Senior Purchase Executive / Manager (Laptop, Desktop, Monitor , AC, LCD Panels)

Experience - 3 to 6 yrs

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management

· Manage end-to-end purchasing operations including sourcing, vendor coordination, and procurement planning.

· Obtain and evaluate quotations, negotiate rates, and finalize cost-effective deals.

· Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, order confirmations, deliveries, and payment settlements.

· Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely supply and quality of materials.

Documentation & Bookkeeping

· Maintain accurate purchase records, bills, invoices, and related documentation.

· Update purchase ledgers and support the accounts team with required financial entries.

· Ensure proper filing of all purchase-related documents for audits and internal reviews.

Inventory & Reporting

· Coordinate with internal teams to assess and fulfil material and inventory requirements.

· Prepare regular purchase reports and maintain stock records for both entities.

· Support audit processes by providing accurate and timely documentation.
