Job Description:
01. Sourcing and Supplier Management: Identifying, evaluating, and selecting reliable suppliers. This includes researching new suppliers, negotiating contracts, and building relationships with existing suppliers, as well as handling grievances.
02. Logistics Management: Identify new transporters/transportations, Maintain relations with existing, Coordinate for efficient deliveries, Negotiate freight.
03. Procurement Planning: Collaborating with internal teams to understand raw material requirements, forecast demand, and develop procurement plans.
04. Order and Delivery Management: Issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely receipt of goods in the correct quantity and quality.
05. Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiating favourable pricing, payment terms, and contract terms with suppliers.
06. Cost Control and Analysis: Analysing market trends, comparing quotes, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
07. Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, managing stock levels, and implementing strategies to avoid shortages or excesses.
08. Quality Assurance: Working with quality control to ensure raw materials meet required standards.
09. Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring procurement activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards, and maintaining records.
10. Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential supply chain risks, such as shortages or transportation disruptions.
11. Creditors Management: Credit management of RM, Logistics and creating a reputed image of TTC in the market as a good pay master.
12. Assigned Work Fulfilment: Completing the assigned tasks and deliverables received from HOD/Reporting manager.
