Purchase Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities and support our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, products, and services at competitive prices while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.

• Raise purchase orders and track them until delivery and invoice clearance.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

• Coordinate with internal departments to understand and meet material requirements.

• Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid stock-outs and delays.

• Monitor stock levels and plan replenishment orders accordingly.

• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.

• Assist in cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (hardware or retail experience preferred).

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and Busy Accounting Software.

• Good analytical and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
