Working Timings - 8.30AM to 4PM 

Working Days - Sun to Fri (Saturday Off)

Position - "Office Administrator" - Male 

Job Responsibilities :-

Order Processing & Management (Department)
Receive, review, and process customer orders via email, phone, or online system.
Verify order details such as product specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery terms.
Generate sales orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

Track and follow up on pending orders to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Maintain an up-to-date procurement tracker and order status sheet

Skills required :-

Good Coordination 

Good Knowledge of Excel 

Must have experience of 1 or 2 Yrs
