Position Summary

Peal Baagh Tea Private Limited is looking for a Purchase Executive with strong FMCG industry experience to manage procurement activities efficiently. The ideal candidate must be an immediate joiner with hands-on experience in sourcing, vendor management, and cost optimization within FMCG operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables related to FMCG operations

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure best quality, pricing, and delivery timelines

• Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely follow-up for deliveries

• Coordinate with production, stores, finance, and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted supply

• Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases accordingly to avoid shortages or excess stock

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements

• Track market trends, pricing, and availability of materials

• Maintain accurate procurement records, MIS reports, and vendor documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Supply Chain / Business Administration or relevant field

• Mandatory FMCG purchase experience (Tea/Spices/Dry Fruits preferred)

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

• Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory control, and ERP systems

• Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Candidate Profile (Must-Have)

✅ Experience in purchase/procurement role
✅ Immediate joiner (Notice period: 0–15 days preferred)

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
