Purchase Executive

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our team at at Mkg Food Products Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹25000 - ₹30000 and opportunities to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack and dispatch orders while keeping stock records up-to-date.

• Store goods properly in the warehouse and ensure all items are labeled correctly.

• Check the quality of goods before dispatch.

• Train workers to handle materials safely, including hazardous items.

• Monitor and update inventory regularly.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.

2. Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, report creation)

3. Experience in handling Purchase Orders (POs)

4. Knowledge of GST billing and basic taxation

1. Ability to communicate effectively with vendors (for negotiation and follow-ups)

3. Coordination with internal teams like Accounts, Stores, and Operations
