Purchase Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate should have at least a basic understanding of plumbing and fire-fighting tools and materials, and a solid background in sourcing, negotiating, and vendor management within the construction or MEP industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate suppliers for plumbing and fire-fighting materials.

• Source materials at competitive prices while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

• Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies.

• Coordinate with the project/site team to understand material requirements and delivery schedules.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.

• Build and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.

• Monitor market trends and supplier performance.

• Assist in cost control and budgeting for procurement activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 Months of experience in procurement or purchase.

• Basic knowledge of plumbing and fire-fighting equipment, tools, and materials (pipes, valves, fittings, pumps, sprinklers, etc.).

• Good negotiation and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred).

• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualification:

• Any Graduation

• Experience working in MEP, construction, or related industries.

Salary: 15k - 20k

Experience: 6 Moths - 1 Year
