MINDWARE is a leading provider of barcode printers, labels, RFID solutions, and software in India. We are looking for a dedicated Purchase Executive to join our team and manage vendor coordination, purchases, and negotiation activities efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle procurement and purchasing of materials, products, and services.

Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to get the best prices and terms.

Prepare and send professional emails and WhatsApp messages to vendors.

Maintain communication with suppliers in both Hindi and English.

Follow up on orders, delivery schedules, and pending supplies.

Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and supplier contacts.

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, warehouse) for purchase planning.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: 1-3 years in a purchase/procurement role.

Must have strong negotiation skills and knowledge of purchasing processes.

Able to type and communicate professionally on emails and WhatsApp in Hindi and English (mandatory).

Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic purchase documentation.

Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Terms & Conditions:

Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Sunday Off)

Salary Pay's Date: 20th of every month

Mandatory fluency in Hindi & English communication.
