Job Description: Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end procurement of materials, products, and services.
- Identify and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company policies.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
- Coordinate with internal departments (stores, accounts, production, etc.).
- Monitor stock levels and forecast future purchasing needs.
- Resolve supplier-related issues such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and documentation.
