Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to handle procurement activities for water treatment projects and AMC operations. Candidate should have good vendor management skills, negotiation ability, and knowledge of industrial equipment used in RO, STP, ETP, UF and related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement of pumps, blowers, motors, valves, instruments, pipes, electrical items, chemicals, membranes, media, etc.

• Vendor development and rate negotiation

• Floating enquiries and comparative statement preparation

• Purchase order preparation and follow-up

• Coordination with project, stores and accounts departments

• Ensuring timely material delivery at sites

• Maintaining purchase records and inventory coordination

• Cost reduction and alternate vendor sourcing

• Handling AMC and urgent breakdown material procurement

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of water treatment plant components

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Vendor management experience

• MS Excel and ERP/software knowledge

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 1–2 years

• Industry Preference: Water Treatment / Industrial Equipment / MEP / Process Industry

• Education: Diploma / Any Graduate

Additional Requirements:

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Two-wheeler preferred

• Candidate should be capable of independent purchase handling

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
