We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our team . The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 salary.
· Visit local markets, suppliers, and vendors for purchasing required materials and items.
· Purchase items as per Purchase Department requirements.
· Collect quotations, samples, invoices, challans, and other documents from vendors.
· Coordinate with existing vendors regarding prices, availability, delivery, and pending materials.
· Search for and identify new vendors for raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts, office supplies, and other company requirements.
· Compare prices from different vendors and report the best available options to the Purchase Department.
· Follow up with vendors for urgent and pending purchases.
· Pick up materials from vendors and deliver them to the company when required.
· Check purchased material, quantity, and basic condition before collection.
· Maintain proper bills and purchase documents and submit them to the concerned department.
· Visit courier offices, transporters, banks, government offices, or other locations for company-related work when required.
· Maintain proper communication with the Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, and Production teams.
· Build good working relationships with existing and new vendors.
