Salary Budget: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, coordinate with vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure the timely purchase of medical devices, equipment, and other required materials.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors.
Obtain and compare quotations based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
Prepare and process purchase orders (POs).
Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchase requirements.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
Maintain purchase records, quotations, invoices, and vendor databases.
Verify received materials against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate with the accounts department for invoice verification and vendor payments.
Monitor pending orders and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain purchase data and reports using MS Excel and relevant accounting software.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline; Commerce or Supply Chain Management preferred.
1–3 years of relevant experience in purchase or procurement.
Good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Knowledge of purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and inventory coordination.
Tally or ERP software experience will be an advantage.
Experience in medical devices or equipment procurement will be preferred.
