Process Associate

 Perform function/audit per Checklist and defined job aid.  Ensure that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified and complies with the checklist and guidelines issued by the client.  Makes sure loans are processed as per updates provided by client and process loans error-free.  Process loans as per client defined SLA’s.  Meet Production, Quality & JKQ benchmarks on a month-on-month basis.  Open to learn/internally moved as per client and process requirements.  Should be flexible in nature and open to any sudden or immediate changes.  Need to work from office during training and ramp up phase still process stabilization post which will be asked to work from home
