Operation Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide training to the new and existing customers for our inventory management module.

• Can manage a Maximum of queries a day

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, shows the role’s alignment with customer support demands.

• Handle basic to critical level queries that might arise post-training for the Inventory

Management Module.

• Work closely with the Operation Manager to maintain TAT for providing training.

• Good with handling customer communication via calls and emails

Additional Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).

• Strong computer skills and proficiency with data entry software and tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.

• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices is desirable.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
