N.V Reality Experts LLP is looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director in day-to-day business operations.
Responsibilities
Manage calendar, meetings, and appointments
Handle calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal team
Maintain documents, reports, and records
Follow up on pending tasks
Assist in business planning and daily operations
Make travel and meeting arrangements when required
Handle confidential information professionally
Required Skills
Excellent communication in Hindi & English
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Comfortable using Google Workspace
Basic knowledge of AI tools like Chat GPT is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Candidate

Own laptop is a plus
