Role Purpose: The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting and streamlining day-to-day business operations across production, inventory, logistics, dispatch, vendor coordination, and internal process management. The role requires strong execution skills, operational coordination, and the ability to manage workflows efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing daily operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning
Coordinate with production, warehouse, dispatch, and procurement teams for efficient workflow management
Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning and replenishment processes
Ensure timely processing and dispatch of orders
Coordinate with logistics partners and delivery teams to maintain operational efficiency
Maintain operational records, reports, invoices, and documentation accurately
Support vendor coordination, procurement follow-ups, and supply chain activities
Identify operational bottlenecks and assist in implementing process improvements
Work closely with sales and accounts teams for smooth order execution and coordination
Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of operational issues
Assist management with operational planning, reporting, and execution strategies
Maintain quality, compliance, and service standards across operational processes
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, FMCG, manufacturing, or related industries
Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and handling operational workflows
Familiarity with inventory management and dispatch coordination preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting tools
