Performance Analyst

We are Hiring Performance Analyst.

The Performance Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of distributed solar power plants . The role involves data-driven insights, performance benchmarking, fault detection, and reporting to ensure maximum energy generation and ROI. The analyst will work closely with the O&M team, asset managers, and external stakeholders to enhance plant efficiency.

Bachelor’s/master’s in engineering (Electrical/Renewable Energy), Data Science, or related field.3+ years in solar performance analysis, asset management, or SCADA analytics. PVsyst, Power BI/Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint presentation. Knowledge of solar PV systems, IEC 61724 standards, and O&M best practices.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
