As Operations Head, you will drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our client operations, ensuring seamless project execution, regulatory compliance, and superior service — especially for affluent, NRE/NRO, and high-net-worth clients.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Client Review Oversight
Schedule and lead regular client review meetings.
Analyze portfolio performance and financial goals, offering tailored recommendations.
Deliver detailed reports highlighting performance and market trends.
Wealth Checkup Program
Perform in-depth wealth checkups to evaluate financial strategies.
Develop and present wealth checkup reports, including asset allocation, risk analysis, and growth projections.
Sales & Business Development
Conduct proactive sales outreach to prospects and existing clients.
Clearly present wealth management solutions and follow through on leads.
Convert inquiries into closed business opportunities.
Client Query Resolution
Respond swiftly to client concerns and provide accurate information.
Maintain professional, trustworthy communications.
New Client Acquisition
Identify and pursue new client opportunities via networking, referrals, and campaigns.
Build strategies to attract HNI and NRE/NRO clients.
Track and follow up on leads using a structured CRM pipeline.
NRE/NRO Client Services
Understand and address cross-border financial needs and compliance.
Advise on regulations and investment opportunities tailored to NRE/NRO clients.
D‑Mat Account Management
Facilitate opening, compliance, and management of D‑Mat accounts.
Educate clients on features, benefits, and transaction processes.
🎯 Required Profile
3–4 years in wealth management or financial services operations.
Strong grasp of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory frameworks.
Demonstrated sales abilities with target achievement history.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office tools.
