Key Responsibilities

Plan, direct, and coordinate operational activities to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

Proven experience (5–10 years) in operations, project management, or a related role.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in operations software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
