Office Operations & Project Coordination Executive
Role Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized female professional to manage site tracking, staff reporting, client coordination, payment tracking, and basic sales handling. This is a core operations role, not a receptionist role.
Key Responsibilities
• Track daily site progress with photos and updates
• Maintain project timelines and contractor deadlines
• Track staff attendance and site arrivals
• Maintain site-wise payment ledgers
• Track client and contractor payments and follow-ups
• Coordinate with clients for updates, meetings, and payments
• Handle initial client inquiries and collect basic project details
• Coordinate between site teams, contractors, and management
• Maintain project documents and records
• Prepare daily and weekly reports
Skills Required
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Good communication (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
• MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
• Construction or real estate experience preferred
