Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

Manage and maintain the executives calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel

Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials

Take accurate meeting minutes and track follow-ups

Communication & Coordination

Handle internal and external correspondence on behalf of the executive

Administrative & Operational Support

Organize documents, records, and files (digital and physical)

Travelling Management,(MOM), Emails, MIS

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office
