Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

      Coordinate daily production schedules and ensure timely execution of manufacturing plans.

      Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods; assist in procurement planning and inventory control.

      Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.

      Analyse workflow, production methods, and performance data to recommend process improvements.

      Maintain accurate production records, prepare operational reports, and assist in data analysis for decision-making.

      Liaise with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, quality, and maintenance.

      Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and other operational excellence initiatives.

      Support the operations manager in workforce planning, resource allocation, and process troubleshooting.

      Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Contribute to cost control and efficiency improvement efforts.
