Back Office Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Operations

• Create and manage product listings across marketplaces and our website.

• Prepare high-quality product titles, descriptions, specifications, and SEO-friendly content.

• Design and manage Amazon A+ Content and enhanced product listings.

• Upload images and maintain product catalog accuracy.

• Manage inventory updates across different sales channels.

• Coordinate with designers for listing images and creatives.

• Monitor listing quality and resolve catalog-related issues.

Order Processing & Operations

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Generate invoices, shipping labels, and packing slips.

• Coordinate with courier partners for dispatch and pickups.

• Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.

• Maintain order records and operational reports.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or office administration.

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar e-commerce platforms.

• Experience creating product listings and Amazon A+ Content.

• Good understanding of product catalog management.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily operations.

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following will be an advantage:

• Amazon Seller Central

• Flipkart Seller Hub

• Shopify

• Shiprocket or courier management platforms

• Inventory management software or ERP

• GST documentation and invoicing

• Consumer electronics or IT hardware industry

• Product photography coordination

• Basic image editing using Canva or Photoshop
