Key Responsibilities
Tender Management:
Reviewing tender inquiries and documents to understand scope and requirements.
Preparing and compiling all necessary documentation for tender submissions in a timely and accurate manner.
Quotation and RFQ Preparation:
Preparing and submitting detailed and accurate quotations in response to customer inquiries and Requests for Quotation (RFQ).
Ensuring all quotations align with company pricing policies and client specifications.
BOQ (Bill of Quantities) Creation:
Developing comprehensive BOQs by coordinating with the technical and sales teams.
Ensuring all project components are accurately listed, specified, and costed.
Documentation and Coordination:
Maintaining a systematic record of all submitted tenders, quotations, and commercial proposals.
Liaising with internal teams (sales, projects, finance) to gather necessary information for bids.
Reporting:
Using MS Excel to maintain data and prepare reports on bidding activity, success rates, and other commercial metrics.
