We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive support to senior management. The EA will act as the right hand to the leadership team, ensuring smooth coordination of schedules, meetings, reporting, and communication across departments. The role requires discretion, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the retail business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.
Handle correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of senior management.
Business Coordination
Act as a point of contact between management, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Assist in tracking KPIs, sales reports, and operational performance.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams for smooth business processes.
Retail-Specific Support
Support in reviewing store performance reports, inventory updates, and sales analytics.
Follow up with regional/store managers on action points.
Assist in planning and execution of retail campaigns, events, and store audits.
Travel & Event Management
Organize travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for management.
Coordinate leadership participation in retail exhibitions, launches, or conferences.
Confidentiality & Compliance
Maintain strict confidentiality of company and employee information.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in documentation and communication.
